What type of product do I need to have in order to sell items at Le Boulevard?
Le Boulevard is interested in original local art, antiques, interior accessories and gifts. Our business is always looking for unique merchandise that cannot be found anywhere else.
What is the length of the rental lease?
The rental lease of a space is a minimum of 3 months. After the 3 months have passed, the vendor may extend the lease month to month. A written notice 30 days before vacating the space is required.
When can I move in once my space is available?
When the space becomes available, the vendor may rent as soon as they are ready to move in their product. Le Boulevard will pro-rate the rental fee for that month.
Who pays the parish and state sales tax with each sale?
Le Boulevard handles all the sales tax.
Does Le Boulevard have a waiting list for vendors?
Yes, Le Boulevard has a waiting list. To get on the waiting list you must email pictures or come into Le Boulevard to show your merchandise. We welcome all interested artists and vendors to come into Le Boulevard and experience the shop. Le Boulevard strives to keep our merchandise as diverse as possible with a variety of products.
How long is the waiting list?
Le Boulevard works very hard at balancing the percentage of artists, designers and dealers in the store. The type of product and the rental space availability will determine when a vendor is contacted to sign up for an available space.
